Sergey Vakhrameev
General Director

In 1996, Sergey began his career at MREIA (Moscow Real Estate Investment Agency). Within the period of 1996 to 2001, Sergey held executive positions at a number of Moscow developing companies including Vedis, MMREA (Moscow Municipal Real Estate Agency) and other ones. Since 2002 to 2006, Sergey worked in investment and development company “StroyInvestRegion”, where he was engaged in implementation of residential real property projects in 6 Russian Federation regions. In 2007 he was assigned to the position of Development Director of  “Renova-StroyGroup”, where he took his active part in development of large Russian market project – construction of residential district “Akademichesky” (Yekaterinburg) with its total area of 11 million m2.

Sergey Savostianov
Deputy General Director

Sergey has been working at Moscow property market since 1992 as a Managing Director. Within the period of 1999-2009 he occupied leading positions at MREIA (Moscow Real Estate Investment Agency), responsible for legal and administrative support of all development projects of the company. In 2007-2009 he managed the investment projects of construction and reconstruction in Moscow, at the same time being a Counselor for economic affairs in one of the federal structures of the executive power.

Sergey Listov
Legal Department Director

Sergey retired from the Russian Navy in 1995. In 1998 He successfully graduates from Moscow State Institute of Foreign Affairs, the Law Faculty. In 2004 he takes MBA degree in Russian Academy of Economics. Sergey started his career of a lawyer in trade and commerce holding MosEXPO. Further he occupied leading positions in several companies such as Incombank, The Three Fat Men and others. In 2003-2007 he worked for an investment company RosBuilding being responsible for legal regulation of land relations. In 2007 he moved to the GUTA Group for the position of Deputy General Director for Legal Affairs. Since 2008 Sergey has been working in the position of Chief Legal Officer in ApsisGlobe. 

Pavel Smirnov
Marketing Director

Pavel began the labour activity in 2000 at MMREA (Moscow Municipal Real Estate Agency),engaging in the questions of sales and marketing of the real estate. In 2002 he led a marketing department in a company “StroyInvestRegion”, which after 4 years transformed from impertinent start up in the largest Moscow investment and construction company, working in the regions of Russian Federation. Pavel organized work of all complex of marketing, advertising and sales of company, becoming a business manager.
In 2007 Pavel came in “Renova-StroyGroup” , where he supervised the questions of marketing and sales of objects to the real estate in Moscow, Moscow area, Ekaterinburg, Perm and Yaroslavl.
In 2008 Paul joined a command APSIS GLOBE, leading marketing department.
