APSIS GLOBE is a group of companies focusing on investments and projects’ development in Russian and foreign property markets. APSIS GLOBE has two main business divisions: Asset Management Company and Development Company.

At this stage, the Company is implementing a number of residential and commercial real estate projects: the construction stage of residential complex in Pushkino (Moscow region), a number of projects on early stages in Saint Petersburg and other cities.

Presently, the Company is establishing real estate investment fund focusing on commercial, residential properties and land bank. Balanced portfolio of the fund, conservative asset management strategy and professional management team would bring fund shareholders competitive level of income even during the period of economic recession.

The increase in net asset value of the fund would be reached by lease of commercial real estate, as well as by acquisition of properties at the discounted rate, their re-evaluation at their fair market value.

The main goal of real estate investment fund is to invest in properties with unique commercial value and long – term potential for significant growth of its market value. The Company invests both in finished projects and in projects with high level of completion.
