APSIS GLOBE is a group of companies focusing on investments and projects’ development in Russian and foreign property markets. APSIS GLOBE has two main business divisions: Asset Management Company and Development Company.
The Company possesses a fully funded committed pipeline of commercial and residential real estate projects. Company current portfolio includes income-producing commercial real estate in Moscow, residential complex in Pushkino (Moscow region) and a number of projects at early development stages in St. Petersburg.
The group is operating in the above property segments as an equity investor fully supported by a strong financial partner.
Presently, the Company is establishing real estate investment fund focusing on commercial and residential properties. Balanced portfolio of the fund, conservative asset management strategy and professional management team provides shareholders with competitive level of income even during the period of economic recession.
The increase in net asset value of the fund would be achieved by letting of commercial real estate, as well as by acquisition of properties at the discounted rate, their re-evaluation according to fair market value and subsequent exit strategy.
